By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following rules, boundaries, and policies. These exist to protect both your experience as a client and my well-being as a working artist.
⚖️ ARTIST RIGHTS
- I retain the full rights to my work.
- Clients may use their commissions for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may not alter, trace, or resell my work.
-You must credit me (Splashasaurus) if reposting.
- I may showcase the artwork on social media, in portfolios, or for promotional use (unless the privacy fee is applied).
🧠 GENERAL RULES & EXPECTATIONSWhat You Can Expect From Me:
🌿I will provide custom, high-quality digital art tailored to your request.
🌿You will receive a sketch for approval before final rendering.
🌿Completed artwork will be delivered via email or Ko-fi message (ZIP file).
🌿I will communicate professionally and clearly — via Ko-fi messages only.What I Expect From You:
🧡Choose to commission me based on your understanding of my style, skill, and limitations.
🧡Be respectful of my drawing boundaries and skill level — I may not be the best fit for every concept.
🧡Do not pay until you're confident I can take on your idea — if unsure, ask via Ko-fi or email first.
🧡Provide clear, current references and all relevant details up front.
🧡Respect that I am a full-time student and that delays may occur.🖼️ WHAT I WILL & WON’T DRAW

🪻Dinosaurs, creatures, Pokémon-style designs.

🪻Soft or moody scenes.
🪻SFW and light NSFW (vanilla or romantic themes).

🌼Fetishes, kink, or extreme NSFW

You are responsible for:

🍄Providing accurate and complete references.
🍄Clearly stating pose ideas, expressions, themes, or required details.
🍄Responding to sketches and updates in a timely manner.⚠️ Additional Fees:
🌷Incomplete/outdated: $5–15 per correction.
🌷Late additions or missing details (after sketch was approved): $5–$20 per addition/detail
🍁Unclear References (too blurry/unable to view character): $50
🌷Major reworks (pose/character change): $15–30+
🌷Do Not Post / Privacy Fee: +30% of your commission total cost.
This fee compensates for lost marketing value when you request I do not post the final art.🔁 REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
🪐Refunds are only issued if I am unable to complete your commission.
🪐 Payments are used to cover expenses, refunds may be delayed until I am financially able to issue one.
🪐Once the sketch begins, no refunds will be provided unless I cancel.If you violate my terms, your commission may be canceled without refund.
💳 PAYMENT POLICY
🌷All orders must be placed through Ko-fi.
🌷If Ko-fi payment doesn't work, message me there to arrange alternative payments, i accept the following:

I use Trello to privately track each client’s commission. If you'd like to track your commission, please request your private Trello link.❌Do not use or reference my public Trello board — it changes often as I manage and shuffle queue positions internally.
🪹Only your private card will reflect your commission's real status.🚫 COMMUNICATION POLICY
🌻I do not accept DMs through Telegram, Discord, or social media in regards to commission status.
🌻All updates and correspondence must be handled through Ko-fi messages or email.
🌻|| This keeps work and personal life separate and reduces miscommunication. ||⏳ TURNAROUND TIME
🌿Typical turnaround: 1–8 weeks.
🌿In case of delays due to school, illness, weather, or emergencies, turnaround may extend up to 4+ months.
🌿Commissions are completed in queue order, unless otherwise prioritized.🎁 Members of the Sticker Club and Full Loaf Tier on Ko-fi receive priority commissions
